How we got started...

Oat Bliss was created in 2019 when my husband and I were dating. As a busy young professional, he often found it challenging to make time for breakfast, so I created organic frozen oatmeal cups as a quick, delicious and warm meal to start the day. Years later, I’m still making them and our kids love it too! As my love language to my family, I want to share this with others who may need a little help moving through busy lives, or simply want something nutritious and tasty to enjoy!
